Locals and visitors agree that esperance has some of the World's greatest beaches. These are just a few of the lilypad Esperance's favourites...there are plenty more.
Twighlight beach

Twilight is our most popular swimming beach. It is an ideal spot for little ones and the surf conditions are great for beginners. The beach is patrolled by surf lifesavers during the summer. Dogs are not permitted at twilight.

Observation point

Over looking Observatory beach. This is a popular spot for kitesurfing and windsurfing. Dolphins can often be viewed surfing the waves from the observation point .

Lucky Bay

Kanaroos are regularly found lazing on the beach at Lucky bay and have become a regular feature at Lucky Bean cafe where you can grab a coffee and some locally made Dampa.

eleven mile

My personal favorite. Stunningly beautiful with shallow lagoons for paddling. dont tell too many people about this one.

bluehaven

Breathtakingly beautiful, swimming in Blue haven is a must. This beach is nestled in just behind Salmon beach which is a great spot for fishing.

Thistle Cove

Located east of Esperance in Cape Le Grand National park Thistle cove is one of the sheltered bays that boasts the whitest of white squeeky sand.

dolphin cove

Dolphin cove is located East of Esperance in Cape Arid National Park. It was named after the nearby headland that is said to be shaped like a dolphin. It is a good place to stop and rest along the TagonCoastal Walk Trail.

fourth beach

Popular with kite surfers, Forth beach is a vast stretch of beach that joins Salmon beach to Twilight. It is perfect for a long walk; you might be lucky and see another person!
